In order to give variety, the menu changes slightly weekly. Normal everyday favorites are offered, along side one or two dishes that may be a nice new experience of flavor. The menu is formulated in a way that doesn't make you feel as if you're sacrificing good tasting food in order to have a healthier eating lifestyle, as well as making a positive change in the world.
Prepared in one of two ways, lightly coated in sugar for a sweet experience, or sprinkled with sea salt for a savory experience.
